Meeting of the Center of Legislative Initiatives under the Supreme Council of ARCAt the recurrent meeting of the Centre was held the discussion of proposals on simplification of the procedure of registration of rights to land plots under the water objects and on issues of payment for certain services which are granted by territorial State Land Committee bodies in ARC. The meeting was held by the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Autonomy Grigoriy Ioffe. During the discussion of the issue on the simplification of the procedure of registration of rights to land plots under the water objects Chairman of Permanent Commission of SC ARC on Land, Agrarian Issues, Ecology and Local Self-Government Nikolay Yanaki has noted special urgency of this problem as he had faced with it during citizen's admission and his visits to regions.
